Foundation of TKD POLSKA Sp. z o.o.. Subsidiary of KABEL WÄCHTER in the Poland.

Optimization of the TKD-Organization.
Acquisition of TKV Electronic in Kaltenberg by KABEL WÄCHTER.

2004
Relocation of WITT + ARNOLD in a new administration and store building and integration of the company S+S Spezialkabel.

2002
Optimization of the TKD-Organization in Southern Germany.
Acquisation of S+S SPEZIALKABEL GmbH Hagen by TKH Group.
Acquisition of HPM KABEL Ditzingen by KABEL WÄCHTER.
Acquisition of the sister company HPM CÂBLES by KABEL WÄCHTER.

Completion of the TKD-Logistics Center in Nettetal.
Re-location of HPM KABEL Nord to Nettetal.

Foundation of TKD - Twentsche Kabel Deutschland.
